Send Donna a commercial lease agreement, she charged high amount of money and refused to communicate with the landlord. When reviewing the contract, she kept asking to google a lot of definition and clauses and she confirmed that is a standard commercial lease just to let me sign it. When I decided to sell my business I found that the contract doesn’t include standard language but strong language against me as a tenant, my lawyer should highlight that to me. Not recommended at all .
