I am so late in posting this review to provide my very positive review on Mason. I moved across country and my schedule barely allowed me the time to do something I wanted to do very early on which was praise Mason's amazing skills. We are beyond thrilled with Mason Kiffmeyer. From our first conversation, he was professional, easy to talk to, and truly listened to what we wanted. We initially called him due to a recommendation from a friend who had sold their house with Mason. We were also attracted to hisflate-rate pricing as it would save us a lot of money in broker fees. We had a wonderful experience with Mason in listing and selling our home. We were under contract to purchase a new home so had a time crunch but didn't want to sacrifice our home sale price. Mason was very thorough with his listing presentation, reasoning for listing price and his negotiation throughout the process made us comfortable with how things ended up. He was very detailed and communicated well throughout our time working together.
We could not have asked for a better listing agent! We had to work under pressure with a quick timeline and Mason got it done. He was thoughtful in pricing and negotiations using detailed comps he could easily explain. He was extremely professional and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommended!
Mason went above and beyond in a very challenging and difficult context of selling Our home.
