They were wonderful at Mason imaging. I called on a Wed at like 11:45 am because we had our appt cancelled at another local cash pay location because their ct machine went down. Mason Imaging hit us in for a 1:30 pm appointment that same day... we really needed it fine that day too because my daughter was returning to school out of state the next morning. This is a great facility, it is clean, organized, and very communicative/responsive. I showed up for my appt 10 min early, was seen on time, and had a smooth MRI process. They will provide you a CD copy same day, and Radiologist interpretation a few days after. Highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a straightforward, calm, and smooth practice. I chose to pay out of pocket, and believe it was very reasonable. They do require an order from PCP, which is standard practice.
I'm so glad I went with this place. They are cash pay and cheaper than the hospitals. Also the technician was wonderful and very comforting. I really appreciated her. I did two MRI's with contrast and didn't feel anything at all! Thank you so much!
The wait was very short. There was only one person ahead of me. Very efficient place. The tech was very helpful and professional.
