I recently visited this medical imaging clinic for an MRI, and overall, the experience was quite straightforward. The process was simple: I filled out some paperwork, changed into a gown, and the tech put in an IV before starting the MRI. Staff was professional. However, I do think there's room for improvement in terms of communication, particularly regarding the contrast used during the MRI. This place was the best. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The procedure went by quickly and it was less expensive here than any place I could find using my insurance! I would definitely recommend them to anyone needing services.
The MRI experience was great! But make sure you call them the day after to make sure they send the report to your doctor. They waited until 2 days after my MRI to send the report.
From calling to inquire about scheduling to having an MRI done everyone was incredibly nice and helpful. Was able to get the MRI as the doctor ordered in a very timely manner for better cost than where I was originally directed to go at one of the major hospitals. Highly recommend and I’ll not hesitate to make future appointments here.
easy, scheduling, fast appointment, in and out.. low cost without insurance.. And a report back in just a few hours! Would recommend..
