I went for an MRI on lower back. The staff was professional and friendly. The MRI results however were not either properly interpreted accurately or the MRI itself was not of good enough quality to show the actual issue with my spine. 10 days or so after I had my imaging completed as Mason Imagining I went for another MRI because my DR didn't feel the results of my MRI were accurate based on the level of pain I was experiencing. I looked all around for a place that would honor their stated/printed pricing. They did that. Also, was able to schedule the appointment the same week at a late time. Arrived early and instead of making me wait, they got me right in.. Process didn't take to long.. Perfect place...
This was my first time ever having an MRI, and to be honest, I was a little nervous — even if that sounds a bit silly. However, the team made me feel welcome and calm right away. The lady who did my MRI, Anjem (apologies if I’m misspelling her name!), was so kind, friendly, and made me feel completely safe throughout the process. Overall, it was a great experience with a wonderful team. The facilities were also very nice and clean. Thank you all so much!
Great experience! I was taken back for my exam at the time of my appointment. The staff was great, and I was lucky enough to have my results read the same day. Everything was as good as anyone could ask for.
I recently visited this medical imaging clinic for an MRI, and overall, the experience was quite straightforward. The process was simple: I filled out some paperwork, changed into a gown, and the tech put in an IV before starting the MRI. Staff was professional. However, I do think there's room for improvement in terms of communication, particularly regarding the contrast used during the MRI.
