Absolutely useless. They won't let anyone into the lobby even if they are injured or it is cold and raining. They had very little information on my hospital visit and were extremely dismissive of any of my requests for help, or what I should do about getting records for lni or workman's comp. If the hospital sends you to this building, do not expect much help.
