Consistency matters in any service business, and it was clear there is none here. I'd been warned about this location before and chose to return out of convenience. That was a mistake I won't repeat. There are other hand car washes in the Katy area worth your time and money. This one isn't it.

★☆☆☆☆ As a paying customer, the lack of basic customer service here is unacceptable. The owner/attendant was extremely standoffish and rude from the start — no greeting, no acknowledgment, nothing. During my visit, I stepped back toward my car briefly to take an important phone call while they were washing it. Instead of handling it professionally, I was told — bluntly — that I could leave. ★☆☆☆☆ I want to leave an honest review because I think other customers deserve to know what to expect here. I've been to this location before with a different vehicle and didn't have an issue. This visit was a completely different experience. The attendant (who appears to be the owner) was cold and unapproachable from the moment I arrived — no customer service whatsoever. I had actually visited this location before with another vehicle and had a fine experience — which is the only reason I returned. But after this visit, I won't be back. The low reviews at this location are clearly warranted. There are other hand car washes in the area that actually value their customers. I'd recommend trying one of those instead.
