People that washes the cars are super amazing! Your car will always be super clean but please bring your tip in cash as the owner of the place be taking the tips if you ask him to give you cash when you pay with card. He will say “I already put it in the tip box” but he didn’t, first time I trusted him but 2nd time I asked the employees because something seemed odd and they confirmed he does this on almost daily bases. Please give it directly to them with your own cash, they work super hard on this heat
BAD!! RED ALERT!! I brought my car here today and witnessed one of the employees take a pressure washer and spray the inside of my Tesla Model Y doors and interior. These cars (and really any modern vehicle) are not designed for high-pressure water inside the cabin. Doing this risks damaging the electronics, speakers, switches, and upholstery. I took my Porsche for a wash at Mason Hand Car Wash in Katy for the second time, and it was a huge mistake. They did a terrible job overall, and I discovered scratches and even breakage on my car—something that was never there before, inside or out. This is unacceptable. I’ll be going through my insurance and filing a claim.
Very good hand wash place. They are thorough and reasonably priced.
My first and last time coming here. Workers aren’t doing the job properly, my car was still dirty even after they “ wash it “. Staff needs improvement for business to flow.
