Owner/ management is awful, I’ve been getting car washed there for several months and getting my card stamped with every wash. Now I go there and he tells me if I want to get my final stamp to get a free wash I must purchase a more expensive wash. That’s not what the card says. He’s very rude, I told him my last wash was horrible and he told me I could go somewhere else. I hope everyone stops using this place.

Manager decided to yell at me and his workers because I told them not to use a pressure washer on the door sills because water goes inside onto the seats and door cards which in my car they are suede and alcantara and water doesn’t go well on that material. He proceeded to scream at me after and then when his worker came and apologized to me he screamed at his worker as well for no reason. Disappointed. The 4th of what would have been 7 company cars - I brought back because the cleaning/exterior waxing was not acceptable. Instead of saying; yes sir I see why you've returned, this Mgr ( or establishment owner ) ARGUED with me. Rule one: the customer is always right, and when a service provider "simply messes up" then re-do-it.
