Mason Hall is a great place to live. The staff is incredibly helpful, personable, and always willing to go the extra mile. Maintenance requests are handled quickly and efficiently. Over the past year, the facilities have undergone many renovations and improvements, and the difference is truly noticeable. Shana was very helpful in assisting us with a tour and answering all our questions! I appreciate her patience and willingness to go above and beyond in her role as a reception with assisting us with tea/ coffee bar and offering for assistance with answering housing questions above her role.
Excellent customer service - especially Shana! She was very helpful, responded quickly, and was extremely polite.
