I'm not saying anything about who works there, but 70 years old, and a moldy building renting like a brand new apartment? 🤣 Cat/dog fee every month: $50, meaning $600 a year! 1br $1850 c'mon this is very old and moldy apartments I just rented an apartment at Potomac Yard, a brand new 1-bedroom apartment for $1900.

My fiance and I have lived at mason hall for a little over 5 years. The building is a bit older but I would not live anywhere else. It has a beautiful view in the back of a very cute little town, and the living space inside is decently sized. The building management team is what makes this place worth it though, you will not find people like this anywhere else. Great apartments to rent for days or week. A bit old, but now it has a lot of useful amenities (Laundry room, games lounge, office space).
