Probably the worst customer service, and most idiotic people I’ve ever talked to about anything. No one knows what there doing let alone what they are talking about and should not be handling payments or any sort of insurance business.
This place is an absolute joke!! If you at all possibly can.....GO ANYWHERE BUT TO THIS MEDICAL FACILITY!!!! Mason general only cares about the money!!!

The billing department has always been very helpful to me. When I have the money and I'm able to pay for my bills I do that and when I am not then I communicate that the people I have dealt with have been very kind and very help. They also have assistance available if you apply for that. That afforded me a great deal of relief.
