The billing department has always been very helpful to me. When I have the money and I'm able to pay for my bills I do that and when I am not then I communicate that the people I have dealt with have been very kind and very help. They also have assistance available if you apply for that. That afforded me a great deal of relief.
I keep receiving bills for emergency room treatment. I contacted my insurance company Regence Blue shield.They informed me that my policy covers me 100% for emergency room coverage. I went in to Mason general hospital billing department with all of my paperwork and told them that this claim needs to be completely reprocessed by them and or Regence Blue Cross.My insurance agent said this may take up to 30days.
