I’m a very dental anxious person and Dr L made me feel very comfortable. He has the best bedside manner and really cares about his patients. Love this office!
NIGHTMARE is the best description I can give for this dentist. I went in for a chipped molar which Dr. Lefelstein promised was an “easy fix”. He said the real problem was the crown next to my molar he recommended replacing it. I agreed, trusting him, he seemed so nice. He filled the molar and took the impression for the crown. Not more than two weeks later the filling he did on the molar fell out. So I went in and he refilled it promising it would be perfect this time. Dr. Mason is the best Dentist and best man of all! He is so patient, kind and truly caring. He makes you feel like you are family and his only patient. I'm never nervous or worried while in his care. I have referred others to him and they love him too! There should be many more Dr. Masons!
This practice is definitely the best in the entire Fox Valley area. The dental care is exceptional, the staff is caring and skilled.
