I have rented in Marysville for well over two years through Mason. I think the management change has been spectacular. The new Property Manager tries to give ideas on how to market our business. Ways that I never thought of and that is the truth. Whenever I ask for some lee-way on rent, she complies. I know that the owner of some clothing company was bitter because they were suffering and not able to pay their rent but that's no reason to take it out on the company as a whole. You give real businesses a very bad name!
worse service every and I don't think they every return your security deposit. There are definitely better places to rent in Delaware. We have been trying for two years to receive our deposit and that is after taking them to court. Also, they are real quick on doing maintenance either.
