I called with a few questions about renting and had a really great experience. They were friendly, welcoming, and took the time to answer everything I asked. I’m not currently a tenant, but based on the customer service I received, I’d definitely consider renting from them in the future!
I spoke with a delightful girl named Sam. She was prompt with providing me information and answering any questions I may have had.
Definitely would recommend!!!!
I have been renting from Mason for 9 years ! I can’t say enough about the team they have ! Shelby is always so nice and prompt on getting back to me if we have any issues. Samantha makes the lease renewal process a breeze and will answer any questions you may have !
