Derek, the sales advisor, was excellent, very knowledgable and quick to respond to emails. Have now installed the motor, worked perfectly, first time, price was good too, would buy from this company again
Staff helped on multiple occasions. I have a 13 year old hydraulic unit on my flat bed that needed a new pump. They assisted with figuring out what pump was needed as all the exterior numbers were missing. After pulling the unit apart and replacing the pump I found that the electric motor was bad as well. They quickly sent the new motor out and I’m back in operation. In each case I dealt with multiple people and all were very helpful and understanding . I will continue with them in any future situations.
