Fast, professional, and accurate. We gave them the wrong shipping address and Derek D was quickly returning a call asking if it was accurate and was able to fix it. Couldn’t ask for better customer service. Parts are good too.
We had Mason dynamics replicate a custom marine hydraulic power unit for a Regal yacht sunroof. The old power-unit had been obsolete for quite some time, they knew the exact specifications of the old unit & knew how it was controlled & made sure to keep the specs the same on the new unit. Worked with Nancie to secure a hydraulic pump for my pool cover. She did an amazing job of finding me an exact replacement for my 32 year old pump. On the service side, Michael helped us with the installation of the pump. Highly recommend this company for pumps….excellent sales and service!!!
