Excellent. Our dog was stabilized, diagnosed, and cared for. Communication with vets and techs was clear throughout every step of the process. Everyone was excellent, but Dr. Longbottom really helped us in understanding what was happening with our dog and what next steps would be. She came across as concerned and competent. Despite long wait times (which were communicated by staff) our dog was stabilized and were received a referral for further care.

All of the employees and technicians and veterinarians that we spoke with were very courteous ,professional and caring. I want thank everyone there yesterday for the compassion they showed me and my cat Ms Fluff. They were very courteous and informative with everything with my sweet girl. They let me say my good byes to her in the private room. I would recommend them to anyone who has a emergency with their animal.
