We called in over night as our dog had just had a seizure and was still coming out of it and displaying concerning (to us) symptoms. This was our 1st experience with seizures. The person who answered the phone was so calm and helpful in a stressful situation. They answered a bunch of our questions and concerns. After asking us a series of questions, they let us know that it wasn't something we needed to rush in for and to follow up with our vet in the morning. Im writing to express my extreme disappointment and distress with the service we received from two receptionists at your facility. My family and I visited your establishment to collect the ashes of our beloved pet, and we were met with a level of insensitivity and unprofessionalism that was both shocking and hurtful. The two staff members we interacted with seemed completely uninterested in providing us with the care and compassion we deserved, given our circumstances. Although my experience ended in heart break. I cannot express how grateful I am to know that there is such an amazing facility and team so close to home. Dr Longbottom and our tech Marlin and everyone else that helped along the way; I felt truly that my baby received sincere care and love while in your care. Thank you all!
I have had two of my severely ill dogs taken there. Both had end term illnesses, cancer and cancer and heart disease issues. The clinic took both right in, did work up and passionately gave us a diagnosis and asked what we wanted to do. I had the vet and the tech stay with me for one full hour as I had my dog euthanatized. While it wasn’t the most pleasant experience, they put us in a very quiet candle lit room, private and talked with both of us as we said our goodbyes. I highly recommend this clinic.
