This place was amazing. I had a emergency where my dog Diesel needed to be seen Asap. They took him as soon as we went in after calling them that morning. They are nice and keep you updated on everything that is going on with your animal. We will be using them again.
The vet was kind and explained everything well. She kept us informed and thought outside the box on how to treat our dog, Petey. I felt the vet was well educated with my pets illness and explained honestly the limitations on what she could provide. The front desk person that was on the evening we were there could definitely use some people skills. Made a bad first impression.
The urgent care that my dog received was exceptional from start to finish. The vet was one of the best I’ve ever met! She was well worth the wait time to receive the superb medical care.
I could not beleive how awesome everyone was on a holiday weekend at that. My old girl ruptutred her sututres and needed staples but the kindness of the staff and explanation of options, the experience was amazing considering the emergency visit!
So happy I found Mason Dixon ER animal hospital, I had no idea you were in Shrewsbury. Very professional, thorough, and a pleasure to work with.
