Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital does an amazing job. They triaged my 11-year-old Chihuahua in a very fair and timely manner and considering he wasn't severely sick, the total wait time of about 6 hours from start to till when he was discharged was excellent. They kept me informed every hour or so of how my dog was being attended to, and when I asked for updates in between, they were happy to know. Came in 2 weeks ago during the middle of the night for my cat. Kayli was amazing! She was so kind and understanding. She made me feel calm and assured me they would figure out what was wrong. Can't thank her enough
This was the most amazing experience I've EVER had handling the death of a pet. The staff were awesome!! Our vet tech Shannon was fantastic. Dr Loguidice was gentle, kind and loving. She showed great professionalism and was very knowledgeable. She was very comforting and answered our questions, concerns or needs. The family room was comfy, quiet and tucked away. While my experience with the staff was great. Like, I couldn’t have asked for a better doctor to help me through the process of putting my dear Bear to sleep. I was disappointed when I picked up his ashes that there was no paw print or any of his hair for me to hold onto. Two things I asked for and was assured I would receive.
