Everyone was so caring and loving toward Finn. They went out of their way to explain everything to us and make sure we didn't have any questions about his care plan. We are very happy with the care Finn received. Dominique at the front desk was so sweet! Dr Parr was extremely informative and concerned about Finn. Everything went well

Everyone was so helpful, compassionate, and made us feel like our dog was in good hands. Liz was exceptional and the team provided us a good amount of updates. Dr. Parr, Dr. McCaffrey, Liz, the overnight receptionist, and the overnight techs - you all were phenomenal and we sincerely appreciated the love and care you showed for our golden retriever made us feel at ease & know that she was in the best hands. Thank you so much for everything. Highly recommend.

The staff at Mason Dixon saved my dog’s life. My dog was suffering from bloat, which is all too often a death sentence for large breeds. Dr. Moser, Haley, and (Kayla) the Receptionist on staff the evening I brought my dog into the emergency hospital were kind, compassionate, and knowledgeable. They provided excellent care, answered all of my questions and acted swiftly and professionally when my dog needed emergency surgery due to bloat. I feel very good about the care received for my dog. All staff was superior and Dr. McCafferty was great and very knowledgeable . The whole staff were all great and empathetic. Triage was done quickly, which helped my dog get the treatment she needed. They saved her life.

Top quality care given by kind & courteous staff. Vets/techs are super knowledgeable. Our dogs issue was addressed and he was feeling better by the time he came home from his visit. I have been to this facility a couple of times and have always been treated with respect, kindness and compassion.
