What a wonderful team of professionals. From the receptionists, to the techs, to the doctors. By far the best experience I've had in an emergency clinic. They are beyond well priced and their care, empathy and attention to detail is above anything I could have hoped for. We've been here twice now with two seperate doctors and each time it was the same 10/10 experience. It's a little bit of a drive for me but it is worth it everytime. I don’t often leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience with Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital. About a week ago, we brought our dog Atlas in and learned he was in critical condition. Sadly, we had to make the heartbreaking decision to let him go. From the moment we arrived, Dr. Parr showed extraordinary kindness and compassion. Thanksgiving weekend we had to visit and put our dog down due to illness. It came on fast and had us in a whirlwind. The entire staff was amazing, professional caring and sympathetic to our needs during this difficult time. We do not remember the vet name however she was absolutely amazing. From the bottom of our hearts thank you for being there for us!!

My daughter found two dogs on the road in PA while we were driving home to Maryland around 8 pm Since the animal control was already closed, we contacted 911, the state police and they told us to call animal hospital. The closest animal hospital was Mason Dixon Animal Emergency Hospital. I called them for help. The staff at the Mason Dixon Animal Hospital were unhelpful; the woman who answered the phone said she couldn't assist us and told me to call 911. When I mentioned she was not helpful, she hung up.
