My personal experience with Mason Dental was beyond unprofessional. After calling to enquire about the status of my submission to the new dental coverage some two months after submission, the secretary who appears overwhelmed with her caseload had the denturist call me. He was defensive after I asked why I wasn't approved due to details missing with their submission and why I wasn't notified in September when they found out. He said my whole file had to be resubmitted which was going to take 3 more weeks to even start my den... read more
