Needed a mobile mechanic for a ball joint replacement and called several local shops. Andy was the quickest to get me scheduled and it was within 3-4 days! “Too good to be true” was the case here. Bought the part, placed it with the vehicle and took time out of my day to come back at the scheduled time. At that time, Andy was a no-call, no-show and no-response. Calls get declined. Andy has one of the best attitudes: he's upfront, honest, flexible, professional, a great communicator, and just a great human being. He came out to my property to help me get a truck that had been immobile for almost a year working. It's a difficult and complex diagnostic task, to say the least. He explained his thought process, worked through everything, and went the extra mile for me. And, his rates are pretty darn affordable, especially for making house calls. Highly recommend.
