Called ER to go to Holzer ER because my 93 yr old mother was in so much pain she couldn’t walk sit or even lay. She has broken arm 2 broken ribs n cracked tailbone n possible spine alignment problems. The EMS driver was very unprofessional n very rough! My mother tried to help them by walking to the porch before getting in the cot. He took the cot down the stairs without giving his helper a chance to grab the bed n help him so he pulled mother down hard every step n also dropped the bed down on his helpers leg. So sad! Wreckless driver in the Ambulance with plate number B56-396. More than once I have seen this driver riding other drivers uncomfortably close, clearly not capable of stopping at a safe distance carrying that kind of weight. Lead by example used to be a thing.
