We have a 12 year old house and we bought it 4 years ago. We noticed what seemed to be a leak on the porch and got up on the roof and pulled back some of the shingles and it was rotting into the rafter where there is a valley of the house pitch and roof pitch. Marc Mason and his team tarped the area at the end of the week and came on Tuesday to completely replace our roof. They were polite, professional and efficient.
