Talked to Emad Mansour (Paralegal) briefly on the phone! He is very rude and arrogant. You would expect a Lawyer / Paralegal to talk to somebody on the phone with a little more dignity and respect. I would defiantly review the people you hire to represent your company! I'm sure your firm is great but you shouldn't have guys like this representing your company.
