Former resident. I endured three management turnovers (Alvin Aubinoe, Bonaventure, shady FCA-Vest). The only consistency: raised rent ($300 in seven years), unprofessional staff, unaddressed maintenance and pests. Mice/roaches manifest in first week. The office phone doesn’t connect. Update 3 on Pest Control The property continues to close pest control tickets without actually completing the service. I submitted another request two weeks ago. Vest Management had said they would address the issue last week while also cleaning the mold from the A/C unit grills and removing six years of dirt and buildup from the coils. Although I was home when maintenance arrived, and they did complete the A/C work, I was told that pest control would have to wait—again. Update on Pest Control Roaches continue to reveal themselves as this property continues to close pest control request tickets while refusing to treat the unit. Fortunately this is only a 6 month lease which closes on August 8th, 2025. I will NOT be renewing this lease, as the roaches and lack of pest control are deal breakers!!!!!! The concern is the pest control, failure to repair the building rear exit door, repair the rear door push handle to allow exit in case of a fire or emergency, and entering the unit without notice then not leaving a card stating someone entered. The one bedroom rent with utilities is under $1,700 / month. The location consists of two low rise buildings, with some security in place.
