Update on Pest Control Roaches continue to reveal themselves as this property continues to close pest control request tickets while refusing to treat the unit. Fortunately this is only a 6 month lease which closes on August 8th, 2025. I will NOT be renewing this lease, as the roaches and lack of pest control are deal breakers!!!!!! The concern is the pest control, failure to repair the building rear exit door, repair the rear door push handle to allow exit in case of a fire or emergency, and entering the unit without notice then not leaving a card stating someone entered. The one bedroom rent with utilities is under $1,700 / month. The location consists of two low rise buildings, with some security in place.
