Bob, Mrs. Mason, Nate and Megan are some of the nicest people I ever met, they treat me like family ever time I stop in there! Great family run business. Bob and his son Nate are by far the best mechanics in all of New England without any question. Glad I met the Mason family and they will always be my go to service station for any major repairs.
Nate and his staff at Mason Automotive Irving are really great people! They are honest, and they work hard to fix your vehicle on a timeframe that works with your needs. My family brings all our vehicles here and have for years!
Even though this shop didn't have the equipment needed to true (or shave) a tire that was out of round, Rob was super helpful and listening and answering my questions and really doing the legwork to see if another shop had that service.
