Excellent ! Out of this world customer service ☝️. I give them 10 stars and more...I kid you not and I'm not exaggerating. This is the only shop that had the time of day, to fix my old 2009 Camry! Other mechanic shop had once told me that I need a new car and would not even look at the Camry. They feel your wallet! Find a better option. Once ownership changed a year or so ago it all went down the drain! Prices went up. Owner not so experienced nor kind to customers. Closes before many even get off work. Promises not kept!!! Appointments not kept!! Closed on Saturday mornings also. Don't waste your time or money.
This place is quickly becoming the only shop that my family goes to for any car related problems. They have showed my family so much kindness and patience. They sure you understand what exactly the issue is with your car and what needs to be done to resolve it but never make you feel rushed to get it done there or at that exact moment. This shop is truly family-oriented. The first time I brought my car in, I was a bit skeptical because of the brand—I typically only take my car to the dealership. But they did an amazing job, and now I find myself coming back and referring my family as well. The owner, Jocelyn, is a gem. She knows cars inside and out and takes the time to educate you on what’s going on with your vehicle. She’s truly amazing.
