Of my completed tenancies, Mason Arms has been the best. The staff are very professional and approachable. If there were ever any issues, the staff took immediate action to solve any problem that arose. I would happily and willingly rent from them again.

I lived here from 2018 to 2021 and honestly was probably the best apartment experience I’ve had over the years. The property manager was always very kind, responsive, and accessible. I lived in one of the studio apartments here and it was simple, spacious, modern, well kept, very reasonable rent for my first time living alone, and the Del Ray neighborhood, shops, and community are real gems.
