Negative stars if I could. Terrible service. They don’t respond to voicemails AND if you call with concerns they don’t make it a priority to follow up or call back. My sister had the same experience, left a review months ago, and they responded to her review recently pretty much blaming the patients. Funny- it wasn’t a patient problem with my previous doctor I saw in another state. Seems to me like the problem is they don’t know what they’re doing and playing around with hormones. The woman who does my blood draws at Maeson Wellness is absolutely incredible. She makes the whole process fast, painless, and stress-free. She’s so kind, easy to talk to, and clearly skilled at her job. I actually look forward to my visits because of the care and comfort she provides. Maeson Wellness is lucky to have her!
