Dr Elizabeth Maslow, Lorenzo and all the staff were wonderful, caring and warm! I called several times and got the appointment, waited for it about a month. The suite was a little tricky to find but amazing nurse/doctor? April helped me :) Everything went well in my opinion and I'm surprised to see negative reviews. Maybe it's my luck, maybe it's my good attitude but the experience was great :)
It was so difficult to get them to give me an appointment here, you would think I was trying to see the pope. I waited over a month for my appointment, and just arrived today and they told me my appointment was cancelled. They supposedly tried to get a hold of me and i never answered the phone or returned their call. I don’t have any record on my phone of missed calls or voicemails. Worst service worst communication trying to make appointment 6 months and they were delaying it for unimportant reasons worst office
All the staff are very joyful. It is always great to go for an appointment to see all of them !!!
Never called multiple back on behalf of my sister since she doesn't speak English. I left 3-4 messages to receive some information regarding her condition, treatment and medications that she had provided her. Never received a call back. Very disappointed!
