I had a very bad experience at Timmins branch. The service was ridiculous . I did buy some parts in June 2025 and I was told they have lifetime warranty on these parts but one of the part has been broken within few months and when I went to the store to report it. A lady at the desk confirmed yes it has a lifetime warranty and I need receipt to replace it. But after talking to another male guy next to her , she refused me to give warranty on it.. GREAT PLACE TO BUY PARTS GOOD STAFF
Busy place, but staff are watchful and show up to move customers along. When I arrived there were 4 employees at the desk helping people. This is more than most big box stores. I was able to get exactly what I needed and for a very reasonable price. Looking forward to my next visit!
Excellent service. Always have the parts required. Great prices as well.
Needed a special transmission oil right before closing. Staff were able to help, had good knowledge of what I needed and super pleasant to deal with.
