I had a very bad experience at Timmins branch. The service was ridiculous . I did buy some parts in June 2025 and I was told they have lifetime warranty on these parts but one of the part has been broken within few months and when I went to the store to report it. A lady at the desk confirmed yes it has a lifetime warranty and I need receipt to replace it. But after talking to another male guy next to her , she refused me to give warranty on it..
