Rude service over the phone. Then left on hold for over 15mins, i just hung up. Went to the competition. It is a Small town should be better with costumers service.. if there is such a thing these days..
Another great Maslack location. The team was helpful, kind and friendly. It was busy when I was there but the team made time To talk to me. They have access to indistrial hose products which was nice.
I’ve never experienced worse customer service.
They had a part that I needed last minute before they closed for the day. The guy was nice and helpful and made sure that the part he gave me was going to fit.
