Five stars for Zack! I usually dread going to auto parts stores because I don't know much about cars, but Zack provided the best service I've had in a long time. He was extremely patient, didn't give up when my part took a while to find, and made me feel completely comfortable. (And he’s really easy on the eyes, too!) Ask for Zack when you go to Maslack!
Purchased a starter in August and installed it myself. All was fine for a week, before having issues. The problem is a factory bolt to attach an L shaped bracket to the starter (this L shaped bracket is for the ground.) The original starter had a 10mm bolt, but this new one has a flathead. It loosens over time and has caused me issues for months and has left me stranded a few times. I would NOT recommend purchasing a new starter from here.
The part guys are always efficient and good natured.
