Rude for no reason. Learn how to talk to people since you don’t tolerate disrespect, don’t give it. P.S. No one is calling you. I have ZERO-tolerance as well. I will take my money and insurance else where and I will make sure I let the military community know as well to steer clear. (Also no one even responded to my message from the portal back from March so this was the final straw.)
Everyone was so welcoming, and thorough. I’m so grateful for the extra time they took, and made my boys feel so comfortable.
DO NOT RECOMMEND. No regard for appointments or your time. Testing that is questionable and not accurate. Scheduled a virtual appointment which they then did not attend and did not respond to calls/messages without significant delays and failing to acknowledge their mistake, even after we provided proof of the time they scheduled. Then billed Tricare fraudently for services not rendered and charged my credit card for same. Absolutely no regard for others. Will continue to share with others - go literally ANYWHERE else.
9 years ago he told me my sons IQ test said he was mentally retarded when I took him there for suspecting a Learning disability. Happy to report he isn’t, he is 16 and has great grades. He just had AdHD. I paid a pretty penny to get a fake “diagnosis” and no real help.
I Truly Loved Carla & Dr. Masino and trusted everything he told me , he was tough but I felt that maybe I had been way to easy and my child being raised by a Grand Parent needed some Guidance. We had been seeing Dr. Masino off and on over a 6 year period , he had done 2 evaluations on her over this time .
