1 star for the clinic staff/customer service. What happened to the art of customer service and creating a positive, impactful experience? Especially in this setting. The clinic staff make it so incredibly difficult to reach a live person—zero human connection. You're met with cold, rude & uncaring individuals at the front desk, and the staff is not on the phone assisting other patients—they just don't want to answer the phone. 4 stars for the psychologist we saw for my son's evaluation. I have been heavily suspicious of autism for over 2 years, after my half-sister of a cousin put it on my horizon. In the interim, I've introspected, self-reflected on my entire life, spoken with close friend and family, read books, watched video essays, read essays, and brought it up with my ADHD assessor, who chuckled in agreement and added autism suspected to my ADHD diagnosis report. We had to ask multiple times before they would send us any billing statement. They have poor communication, we'd call multiple times and leave messages before we would get a response days later.

Dr. Masino has been absolutely brilliant as a psychologist. He has helped me through many difficult situations. His advice and ability to put it in perspective that I can grasp and understand has made a world of difference. I have seen numerous psychologists through the VA that were not helpful whatsoever going to Dr. Masino was one of the best moves I have made.
