The contractor was cordial, and the staff on site were pleasant. Sadly, we will not hire them again. Here is our experience: The company wrote that the start date was TBD on the contract and forgot about the job for about 6 months after receiving the down payment. They had to be reminded and reoriented to the job they already agreed to take on. There was a lack of precision in the billing.
