My Mom went to Dr Massiah for over 30 years and she was upset a month before every appointment because of the terrible treatment she received by by his receptionist Karen. When my Mom ultimately went into the nursing home, he never once stopped by to say hello to my Mom while he was there daily…it would have meant the absolute world to her..,.she loved him…30 years and he couldn’t be bothered. She has since passed and I have finally found the courage to write this. That office should be ashamed how they treat patients.
Horrible staff and doctor.
Karen at the front desk denied my visit with Dr Masih because I asked for a copy of the Notice of Privacy Practices.
So does this Dr take new patients? I was told no by office,, yet I see new reviews here. Hmm
I was referred by my Primary to Dr. Masih for possible sleep apnea issue. Found everyone I have dealt with there to be professional & courteous. Scheduling changes are never a issue, they follow up on everything & keep me "in the loop" without me chasing them down.
