Me and my daughter both got pedicures, each with different needs, Masi was attentive and accommodating for both of us. Masi does an amazing job doing my nails. She is very careful and takes great care of our nails. She is very detailed oriented, my daughter was very happy with Masi’s work when it comes to the pedicure. Disappointed and scammed. $140 experience was so stressful and uncomfortable. Iranian family business. My first and last time at Maasai nails. Unprepared and poorly trained. To get toes and finger skin handled 80/100 and electric filed From sitting at the spa with continuous cold water on me after being told it’s suitable to dip my feet in to my finished gel pedicure being globbed with gel polish. Service was okay but it was a little hard communicating especially since the lady didn’t know English, she apologized for not understanding. I asked for a flower and she even showed me a picture of the flower but the design seemed like it could have been drawn by a 3 year old, the design looked so different from the other nail and it was just a simple flower. As well, prices were not the same as advertised outside of the salon, not sure why I was charged 50 dollars for a mediocre design and service. Will not be back.
