Always friendly and helpful when we bring in well water samples for testing at first. Screwed up a couple of times due to their not reading the chain of custody. They also were inconsistent with how they would tell us to write on the COC. They need better systems for themselves. We switched to another lab.
I use MASI for my water testing. They have been prompt, courteous , and friendly.
Worked for the MASI company and people that worked for the lab were exceptional frendly and awesome.
