Just called for information on becoming a new patient. You have to go in person, fill out paperwork (application) and in August they will let me know if I am accepted as a new patient. Then we can schedule. lol absolutely comical. I don’t know for sure but sounds like they are cherry picking patients with best insurances or sickest patients to maximize reimbursements.
I Have been a patient with Dr. Patel for over a decade, he’s a wonderful, caring and very competent doctor! I have always been very satisfied with the care and attention that I have received.
Impossible to reach Fanny Giron on mychart, she is the ONE doctor of the entirety of cape cod who is no accessible on mychart, she’s been in practice over 2 years, I’ve told them multiple times she is not in their list of Drs when trying to schedule through mychart, absolute waste of time cause I have had to go to walk in the two times I’ve needed to schedule an appt. Absolute shame.
Pray one day they are not in my situation mercy before judgment the lack of communication was not ok note disabled since birth they wouldn't tell me why they couldn't help nor point me in right direction! God bless all there patients God bless them as well!
