Do not hire this lawyer! He was recommended by our realtor to close on the sale of our lake house. No information or response from this guy. We went to his office to sign our part of the close documents and asked if everything was in order and he assured us everything was on track to close on time. The day of the close I had to call the realtor to ask if everything was done, she said no the attorney had not completed his work and the survey was not done. No contact from this attorney. Attorney David Mashewske was highly responsive and easy to work with.
My wife and I hired this attorney David Mashewske, on the advice of our agent to buy our summer home in Bradford, NY. From day one their have been problems with misrepresentation of the specifics of the property meaning dock and 100 feet of lakefront to be shared with others on a list. Not true...we were blocked from using it by a homeowner on the water. Contacted the attorney. After 2 years nothing really settled.
