I've been a big fan of Masherz since pretty much the beginning. Never had an issue getting what I want without them trying to sell me what they want me to ride.
The shoes I ordered were a great price and were exactly as described. The problem I had was that I ordered them on a Friday. The following Tuesday I emailed them to ask when they would ship and I was told they would ship that Thursday. I got a shipping notification with tracking number that Thursday as promised. However, according to the tracking information, while a tracking number and label were created the package never made it to the post office until the next Tuesday. Big, huge shout out to Masherz Bike Shop! They are the best bike shop in allll the land! I had to drop my bike off for repairs - and Brian seems to have fixed the (previously) unfixable. If you are looking for a great bike shop with awesome service - give them a whirl!
Great products and service from recreational to competitive.
Great customer service. They tuned up, and then fixed my bike. Then, helped us pop the clutch on our jeep when the starter went out so we could go home. Haha thanks guys! :)
