Very unprofessional and rude staff… the doctor is not accommodating at all, doesn’t work well with insurance. Gaslights and doesn’t even hear the concerns. The staff at Brooklyn location is so rude and don’t even get me started on the wait time to see the doctor! Changing the doctor was the best possible thing I could do.

When I first met this doctor, I had a position within the Diplomatic arena. She greeted me with open arms and took great care. Twenty years later. I find myself down on my luck, stressed out, she does not make it any easier. Disgusted with the service. Long hours in a chair and talked to like I am a moron. Time will mean nothing to this person.

Hear me out, don’t come there for a medical examination. I didn’t read reviews unfortunately and picked this place randomly because of location. So if you are reading this do yourself a favor and choose any other place.

This doctor is the best in New York! Yes she has a long wait time because she is in demand . If you want the best counseling in the state be prepared to wait a few hours. And it's definitely worth it. I have never seen a more courteous staff.
