My go to doctors office! Always helpful and friendly. Dr. Shelton well... I wouldn't have any other Doctor!
This clinic has no sense of urgency whatsoever and does not care about their patients whatsoever. I made an appointment and got my blood taken and a urine sample on a Friday waited over the weekend for the results and then I called on Monday nobody picked up, went straight to voicemail every single time so I went into the clinic asked for my results and they said they would call me the next morning because the doctor had to sign off on it. Love these people!
The folks at the physical therapy department at the Mashburn clinic in Marshall are top-notch. When I went for an issue with my lower back, I was assigned John Lesh. He was kind, patient, extremely knowledgeable, and he actually listened to me. He helped me get through a very difficult time, and most importantly, helped guide me through physical therapy until I was functional again. He continues to be an invaluable resource as I get better and better.
