Peggy and Brian were great. They helped me with my car on a Saturday morning right away when I walked in. You could tell Peggy knew what she was doing and that customer experience was at the top of her mind. Brian even went out of his way to get a new lug nut key for my wheels. I was very happy with the service work they did and will definitely be coming back. Also the waiting area looking over the work bays where you could see your car was super cool.
Peggy is the best in the business. She is ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL and RESPECTFUL. She knows her job and does it well! She is TOP NOTCH!!

Purchased a lightly used BMW X7 from Maserati of Stuart, working with the manager Joe J. All was good and well but when I received the car via transport (I am out of state) the electronics weren’t working, and the sunroof shade was stuck. According to pictures in the ad and sent to me via text from Joe’s team, the electronics were fine and so was the sunroof shade operation at the time I sent the wire. Do NOT go near Maserati Stuart dealership. They do BAD business. I have been harassed by them after I caught on to their SHADY business practices. Shauna, Joe, Miguel and the Financial nanager are the ones I can remember. STAY Away from this irreputable company. Waste of time and could use your information for bad . If I could give negative star rating I would. Trying to save good, honest, hard working people.
