An absolutely EXCEPTIONAL experience from start to finish. Great communication, quick follow up, and easy to negotiate a fair deal for both sides. Straight forward, honest, and no games back and forth. Picking up the new vehicle at the dealership was also a pleasure. Everything was ready to go and they quickly addressed some last minute questions and concerns. Could not be happier with the service and attention displayed by my salesperson Jacob and the sales manager Joe. I would be happy to do business with them again.
I love the presentation and the quality of the Dealer, however for some reason i felt the lack of helping me achieve the goal to buy the vehicle i end up buying. Let me be fair to the sales guy Jacob, he was professional and took care of my questions all the way till he left me at the finance office. Took my car in for service received a loaner car for one hour. They decided to charge me for three days and I’ve been Asking for a refund for four months. Been completely ignored by staff and management. I was charged $275 for a one hour loaner car. Very disappointed. Definitely won’t be going back to Stuart Maserati
Maserati of Stuart was a nice local dealership to work with. They made us feel welcome and addressed all our concerns . Maia and Joe took the time to explain the details of the SUV and get us the best deal. I can’t wait to start driving my Grecale!
