Absolute nightmare and still on going. My car has been in their possession since November 23, 2025 for a SIMPLE FLAT TIRE. They have driven it over 100 miles and caused significant body damage on almost every door, bumper, panel and REFUSE to properly repair it. Today is March 25, 2026 and they STILL have not made the proper repairs. The General Manager Alex promised to handle it himself and would take care of it, that was 7 weeks ago and now he refuses to take my call.
