DO NOT ALLOW THIS SHOP TO SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE. My car was picked up on 1/23 and was due to be returned SAME DAY. They disappeared and did not answer for 6 days— all calls to service would ring incessantly and go to voicemail. I would call sales who would indicate they were getting someone, and they never did. Averaged 15 calls per day for the first 6 days. Hands down the worst service department I have ever worked with. They misdiagnosed my car, said had a blown engine but it was contaminated gas. This resulted in my car sitting at their dealership for over 2 months, costing me over $5,000 in rental cars and I even lost my job. They would not help me a loaner car even though I was told when one became available I could use it.
