I’ve taken my Arbarth here. They were very professional.
Very rude female answers phone for service! She definitely had attitude! They don’t provide loaners! Terrible. Customer service! Don’t buy/lease from this dealership! Maserati dealership’s in general are terrible to work with in general! And Maserati corporate is not much better!

Big thanks to Jeremiah for his professionalism and patience—he was great to work with! However, I had an extremely disappointing experience with Ana, the finance manager at Maserati Daytona. Instead of providing professional service, she was condescending and rude. She even went so far as to say it was a “miracle” that I got approved for the car i intended to purchase —completely unacceptable behavior. If you’re looking for a dealership that values and respects its customers, I’d suggest going elsewhere.
