Maserati of Naperville did an awesome job. I purchased the vehicle online from Chesapeake, VA and Ulysses, Francesco and Arthur made the process so easy, it was almost like I was physically there. They provided excellent customer service, kept me informed throughout the entire process. I am completely happy with my vehicle and i recommend them. Thank you guys for making my birthday special!

so far so good. after being screwed by a luxury independent dealer in Fort Lauderdale. I reached out to Maserati CF on a certified Maserati Levante GT. My Salesperson Yanny was incredibly knowledgeable and aimed to please. They gave me a very fair number on my Mercedes trade. Absolutely the worst dealership in the nation to deal with, and no I don’t have any pictures of my new fucking ride, today is Feb 26, 2026 and we bought the vehicle from this shit hole Feb 5, 2026 and paid for it in full by sending check, they recieved it Feb 10, 2026 and they were shipping vehicle and now still have not got it nor will they answer or talk or tell me what is going on

This dealership has a terrible service dept that bait and switches videos to up sell as well as they are extremely careless with customer vehicles! They damaged my vehicle and instead of replacing the parts they did cheap low cost terrible looking repairs and told me they weren’t going to take care of all the screw ups they did! They had my car for 1.4 years! It only had 35000 miles. They fried my ecu damaged the paint cracked the fiberglass broke my exhaust mounts and cut my leather!

I was an Audi guy for years, but Leith service turned me a away from buying another. I wanted a driver's car and decided in the Maserati but as a new customer, I expected much better, bought the car three weeks ago and still have not taken oossesion. The lack of information is beyond belief, Mushrooms get treated better than dealing with Tom and Shareif. They don't have a huge clientele, they aren't selling Toyotas. Wayne and Cole gave excellent customer service to get the deal done. I spoke with him on the phone and through text for several hours then drove 8 hours to get the car I wanted. They made the deal a very easy process from start to finish. Highly recommend them whether in state or out of state.
