terrible costumer service! each time we take the car it takes few hrs to fix even for a small things, last time we ordered parts which were under guaranty and it toke them few months after a follow up to tell us they didn’t receive and have to order them again
So here is my review about the service from Montreal to the close one in Laval. Maserati Montreal 3.5/10 They forget to call you. I had a flat tire, waited two weeks to have the Refill bottle for my spare. I went to change my tires from winter to summer. They had the car for the whole day and mixt up the stores tires I paid for, they kept the car for 1 day 1/2 They didn't tell me, they didn't have a spare car.
