Alfa romeo's sale department, Jowayne Mckinley was kind, personable and very honest leasing us the Alfa Romeo Tonale. Full marks to him--- however!!!!! I struggle to believe the positive reviews for the service dept since I struggle to reach anyone remotely interested in helping me. the service department is horrendous. This service departments telephone response is horrible. On two occasions now it has taken multiple days/calls to finally get a call back. It is an answering service, you never speak to the service department. They tell you a service advisor will call you back and they never do. First time it took me three days and tries before demanding a manager call back, second time,it took two days as well and then I was told “you just called this in”.
