Great company, they have amazing service, and the pricing is very reasonable.
After 30 years the alarm system still works great with minimal maintenance. Longevity is a sign of great quality.
DO NOT go with this company unless you are prepared for rate increases without clear notice and zero accountability when problems arise. My monitoring fee was raised even though my contract does not specify an annual increase percentage. The section where escalation terms would normally be detailed is blank. Even worse, when I requested service for an issue that appears to stem from the original installation, they refused to take responsibility.
