This review is for the vision gallery. At best, I was victim of some very poor customer service, and at worst I was misled. Sunglasses made of glass -- sounds simple, right? Visit 1: Picked out frames, gave them my prescription, rejected the upcharges for plastic or polycarbonate lenses and explained that I prefer glass because I've worn glass the last 10+ years and my main concern is distortion, which I have experienced with plastic lenses, and my old optometrist whom I trusted told me glass was the way to go. I love this office. They're very friendly an keep up to date on annual appts. Fit you in when you have an emergency. Buying glasses is a pleasure. In the sales side she really recommends what looks good on you... I always walk away feeling taken care of.
