Can’t be happier with the smooth process purchasing a new trailer. Due to the lower price I drove from Denver Colorado to purchase the trailer. Jonathan was the sales person I worked from start to end and he did amazing job responding to all of my questions from distance even late at night. His genuine care build the trust and the relationship so I was not worry at all driving there. Super helpful in showing us options prior to traveling to the store so we had a good idea what we specifically wanted to see in person. Very knowledgeable and helpful in explaining features and specs, and Derek was all-around GREAT to work with and in follow-up communication. Excellent service and sales. I was looking for a trailer 7ft x 13 ft with dove tail and ramp. And Jonathan awnsered my inquiry, he offered to wait alittle after hours and within an hour or so, I had a new trailer. Good price, good service, friendly professional staff.
