I feel horrible doing this review but I paid for services that were never delivered and I don't want other brides going through the same thing. There is like no communication and to this day I havent met Elliot. When I finally got a call with Elliott he was short with me and very unhelpful. I was made to feel like I was putting him out massively just for wanting to confirm some things. Thanks to Elliott, my March wedding that turned into 18 degrees, windy and raining at the last minute was as stress-free as possible. He rearranged everything to accommodate an indoor reception and made it look beautiful. Highly recommend using MASE for your wedding or any other event you're planning.
I used Mase events for my 21st birthday and i can’t fault the efforts of the team and Elliott himself. They all went above and beyond to ensure it was a great night for myself and my guests. I would 100% recommend this service, took the stress out of hosting such an important event.

Have dealt with Elliott for a birthday celebration. He was very accomodating and open to all my ideas. Was also excellent at problem solving when we had issues with the weather. The food he organised was also excellent. I would certainly hire him to assist me again in future if I ever need.
