I was extremely pleased with Dr Masdon and Corey. Check-in was a breeze, office staff was very friendly. I'm a new patient and will continue with Masdon ENT & Facial Plastic Surgery/Main ENT Hearing Center when needed. You can tell that they are concerned and care about their patients. I would 💯 recommend.
I would give a 100 stars if I could. The best ent in the whole world. I have no complaints to at all. They are awesome with both my babies and one is severely autistic. They are just all around wonderful 10 out of 20 highly recommend.
If I could give 0 stars, I would. This might be a long one. My appointment was February 5th, I went in, got charged a $50 copay when it was supposed to only be $20 since I was just seeing the nurse practitioner. I then got a scan on my sinuses. They saw a big bone spur in my nose, never saw Masdon, and they sent me for allergy testing when there is a bone spur blocking most of my sinus in my right nostril. I am very pleased with Dr Masdon and his staff. They were all very courteous and helpful and quick getting us in. I love and trust Dr Masdon. I’ve seen him many times for different reasons. This time was for my parathyroid and he will be the one I trust for surgery to remove it, if necessary, after we get the results of my test to make our final informed decision.
