If there were an option for ZERO stars, that s what I would have put. This wash is complete garbage. The spray arms do nothing for sensing the size of your vehicle. If you re in a small car, the arms are so far away there is no pressure to coat your vehicle. If you re in a large vehicle, the entire washing process leaves a 1ft or so strip down the middle of your vehicle un-rinsed.
